Thanks for the profoundly honest piece. I would identify with much that you say. I wonder how much, in the situation I was in, I assumed too far and told too much, without estimating just how big the change process is. The first missionaries to Korea were killed, but now look at the situation. Breaking ground is hard. As radicals, entrepreneurs, innovators, pioneers, etc, should we expect a pat on the back or glory? Not really. But our vision is to leave a legacy and we cannot not do it. However, often there are consequenses personally. You could end up being remembered for having your head on a platter!
Hang in there. There is life after - and its really rather good without the drag of the apathetic majority!
